Synchronized Breaks

Due to popular demand, we're introducing Synchronized Breaks to our Multi-Table Tournaments. Players at our Multi-Table Tournaments will now get a 5-minute break at the 55th minute of every hour. Players can now step away and clear their heads without missing any hands at select tables.

Break Down of Synchronized Breaks

Synchronized breaks for multi-table tournaments will occur at the 55th minute of every hour with some exceptions. Example: A tournament starts at 11:30 and has the Synchronized Breaks feature enabled. The tournament will go on break at 11:55, but all hands will be completed before the break starts. Once all hands are completed, all players will be given a 5-minute break. Once the 5-minute break is over, the tournament will begin. Since breaks will not always start at the 55th minute, as current hands will be played before the break begins, some tournaments might resume before others.

Synchronized Breaks will not occur in:

• tournaments that are still within the first blind level.
• Turbo and Ultra Turbo Tournaments within the first two blind levels.
• Multi-Table SnGs at this time.

Players who participate in multiple tournaments, which have synchronized breaks enabled, will be able to take one break for all tournaments. Please note that synchronized breaks are not enabled for all tournaments. Players can see if a tournament has synchronized breaks enabled in the tournament lobby.

Player Notes

Did you find a 'tell' on an opponent? Does someone always raise on a bluff? Well, we've made it easier for you to keep notes on your opponents while you play. Just put your mouse over the player's name and right click. You'll be able add notes, edit notes or see previous comments you've made. The notes you make on a player will remain with the player until you change them, even if you both leave game

UltimateBuddy

UltimateBuddy is the perfect tool to use to watch for your favorite online poker buddies! Whether you're logged in to our game or not, UltimateBuddy™ gives you a way to see (or even hear) when other players log-in to the game, and will show you exactly where they are sitting! UltimateBuddy will even take you to their table! It's easy to set-up and even easier to use.

Hand Histories

As an observer or a participant, you can see the hand histories by clicking on the "hand history" button located in the bottom right of a table. When you first click on the "hand history" button you'll see the most recent hand played. Simply choose the hand number you wish to see though and our software will pull it up for you. This feature allows you to go back and see how a hand was played if you missed the action.

Player Statistics

Want to track how you play? At UB.net, you have the ability to see your stats for your game play. Just click on the word "stats" located on the bottom right of the table to see how often you see the flop, how often you check, check-raise, call, bet, raise, reraise and/or fold - when you make these actions!

Color Deck

UB.net supports a four-color deck, which some people feel makes it much easier to identify suits. Spades are black, Hearts are red, Diamonds are blue, and Clubs are green.

To turn on the four color deck feature:

1. From the main screen, click on Options at the top of the window
2. Click on "Four Color Deck", which will put a check mark by this feature
3. Go to a table. You will now see all four colors!

Poker Table Skins

Here's how to change poker skins:

1. Enter a poker table.
2. Right click to see a list of options.
3. Click on "Change Skin".
4. You will be given the option to select from a list of stored skins.
5. You can also use your own personalized table skin, all you have to do is:
   • The final picture used for the skin must be saved as a .jpg (JPEG) image.
   • The picture must be exactly 800 W x 600 H in pixels.
   • The image must be renamed to "bg9.dat" and placed in the "data" folder inside the UBNet folder.
