My Account FAQ
Passwords are case sensitive. If you enter your password with caps-lock on, you must remember to always use capital letters when entering your password. Here's an example. These three passwords are all considered different and must be typed in exactly the way you entered them: CHipS, chips, CHIPs. Please do not leave any spaces before or after your password and remember that you need to enter your username in the "Name" box and then your personal password in the "Password" box.
Passwords are permanently encrypted so even we do not know it. However, we can issue a temporary password when you answer your security question. Just contact us at support@ub.net or click on the "Forgot Password" button located at the login window. Remember, passwords are case sensitive so you will need to enter it exactly the same every time.
Just log in the "My Account" area with your username and current password and then select My account / Update Profile and click on "change password" from the menu. The Edit Password screen will display and then you will need to enter your current password and then enter your new password. Remember passwords are case sensitive so you'll need to enter it exactly the same every time. Click on save, log out and then login with your new password.

If this is the case, you may submit a request, along with the reason and three new username options with no more than 12 characters and no special characters to support@ub.net
