You must download and install the software and set up an account to begin playing.
Once you've done that, you can open the game and go to the tables. Here you can click on buttons and tabs to find the kind of game you'd like to play.
You can observe any game by double clicking on the table name. Then, if you wish to participate in a game, just click on a seat.
You are only required to enter your desired username and a valid email address.
We require all new players to validate their email address once they establish their username so we are able to communicate with them regarding their account. Once you download our software and create your username, you will receive an email from us with a 5-character code. To validate your account you simply need to enter this code when prompted, and that’s it…you are now ready to play.
If you do not receive an email from us within a couple of minutes after creating your username, there may be a problem with your email address, or your email provider might have mislabeled your UB correspondence as spam, check your spam inbox. You can also contact us at support@ub.net for further assistance.
It is our policy not to change usernames as this is the only way players can identify each other in the virtual cardroom. However, some players may wish to change their player name because they accidentally used their real name. If this is the case, you may submit a request, along with the reason and three new username options with no more than 12 characters and no special characters to support@ub.net.
After you download the game you need to install it on your system. Once the game is installed, you only need to double click on the game icon to open the game. Step 1 listed below gives exact instructions on how to install the game. Step 2 is how to open the game. If you saved the download to your desktop, you will see an icon of a computer with the setup. Some Internet services save all downloaded files in a 'download' folder. The easiest way to find the file if it is not located on your desktop is to click on Start>Find>Files or Folders and search there.
Step 1: How to Install the Game
Double click on the file and follow the instructions to install. After this is finished, a shortcut will be installed on your desktop.
Most systems will automatically open the game after it is installed. If the game does not open, double click on the game icon on your desktop.
Step 2: How to Open the Game and Start Playing Poker!
Open the game by double clicking on the same icon on your desktop.
Now you are ready to play. Use the buttons and tabs to find the type of table you'd like to play at. Single clicking on a table will show who is playing at that table.
Double clicking on a table will take you to that table where you can either observe or take a seat to play by clicking on an open chair and logging in with your username and password. Remember: passwords are case sensitive.
Yes! Play is restricted to individuals 18 years of age and older, and who are residents of jurisdictions where the use of this site is not prohibited by law. Minors are strictly forbidden to sign up and/or play on this site.
